We participated in “Adobe Game Jam 2012”, as a team of 4 programmers and 2 artists; I got to direct the art. <br/><br/>We won the “Best Art” award and are very appreciative that our hard work were appreciated, both by Adobe judges and by fellow competitors. Thank you.</p> <p>Even though by title, we won for “Best Art”, it’s important to remember it wouldn’t have been the slightest bit possible without our great programmer friends. The whole concept of the game wouldn’t exist with any one of us missing.</p> <p>I must add that it feels great when you draw something and tell them of an idea and they reply with, “HELL YEAH! WE COULD DO THAT!” when they hear a crazy idea from you, see a drawing and go, “HEY WE SHOULD ALSO DO THIS ON TOP OF THAT!”, effectively putting themselves too in more work, all for making something fun and we are all excited about. Thank you, guys. </p> <p>We’ll be resting and will resume finishing the game soon, past the preview we showed at the competition.
